1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SnowfallHush AI consulting services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

SnowfallHush provides AI technology consulting services including but not limited to AI-driven event planning, AI-powered operations optimization, and strategic AI implementation. Our services are provided on a consulting basis and results may vary based on client implementation and market conditions.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
  • Implementing recommended solutions in accordance with provided guidelines
  • Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary methodologies shared during consulting
  • Timely payment of all fees as agreed upon in the service contract

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in individual service agreements. Generally, hourly consulting fees are billed monthly, and project-based fees may require milestone payments. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

SnowfallHush retains ownership of all proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and general consulting approaches. Client-specific implementations and customizations developed during the engagement belong to the client, subject to payment of all fees.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary information shared during the consulting engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

SnowfallHush's liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We provide consulting recommendations based on industry best practices but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or results.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the consulting agreement with 30 days written notice. Client remains responsible for payment of all services rendered prior to termination date.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Harris County, Texas.
